Very pleased with the stay. We were here to go to Dartmouth Hospital and was given a discount "Rest Easy" for staying with Fireside and visiting the Hospital. Breakfast was not your normal continental style breakfast, it far exceeded that. Juice and coffee were amazing. Very comfy feel to the whole place. The pool area is just beautiful. Recommend this place 100%, after a chaotic day it was very easy to unwind here.

Overall, the room was good. TV stations don't line up with the TV guide on the TV, but I could browse stations ok. The shower was about 5.5' tall, which is shorter than most showers. It was quiet. No view. It is walkable to various restaurants and stores. Breakfast was the worst part. The workers were nice and were moving as fast as they could, but the food was often gone, juice was almost never in stock, plates were often used up unless specifically requested for them to restock, etc. If the workers didn't have to seat people and get them coffee, they would probably have time to do other more useful functions. The actual food was ok, not as good as a typical hotel's continental breakfast, but it was tolerable. After our initial stay of two nights, we left to finish out the week at another hotel. The pool looked good, but I didn't get a chance to try it out.

Complementary coffee and tea was out of coffee and hot water the entire stay. The heater in the hot tub is not working but instead of closing it they tell guests that it's warming up and let them continue to use. I assure you it is not warming up. No restaurant on Sunday and monday nights which is an issue. Hotel looks great though. Just wish it ran better. It's directly off the highway though so it's a nice spot.

Room was clean, comfy bed. Shower had good pressure. Inside the hotel is beautiful. Koi fish and turtles in the ponds and the dining area was beautiful . Loved the trees and plants. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and welcoming. Only negative would be someone smoking in their room and it was smelled in the hallway. This is a smoke free hotel - clearly marked on the room doors.

Beautiful place. Continental breakfast is not your typical it was very good. The rooma were clean. Pool and hot tub nice. I enjoyed sitting outside at night by the fire..

Room 130 was a great room! We book this room every year and do some Christmas shopping nearby. A lil Mom's night away! The whirlpool is a great treat and the massage chair is very relaxing! The pool and hot tub are fun too! Best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! The atmosphere is welcoming! We enjoyed a few drinks at and food at the restaurant. Highly recommend!

The front staff was not really friendly. Not very welcoming Saw one rolling her ours to her staff member about a customer. But overall the place makes up for it because it was good food clean and beautiful.

The fireside inn and suites was great. The common areas are nicely decorated, clean and inviting. The staff was friendly, there’s lots of open space around the hotel to sit and relax. The room was spacious and clean. You can’t beat the price and location . I’m so happy we stayed there.
